We are Hiring
part Time ASSISTANT & Content Manager
Starting April 2026
- HOURS: Varying schedule. Approx 15-25 hours weekly: weekdays & some weekends required.
- PAY: $15.25 starting/ increase after trial/pending skill/training needed + 1 Free Photoshoot Per Year!
- SKILLS: Must have a good eye for photo/video/design. We will training you to shoot from out agency's style/eye but some things are hard to teach if the creative eye is not there. It's a bonus if you have experience with programs like canva, adobe etc. Must be very familiar and savvy with Iphones
- LOCATION: IN PERSON POSITION. You must live in the Phoenix Valley (this is an in person position & MUST have reliable transportation to commute to Tempe daily & various locations across the valley based clients.

Duties
- Assisting for load in, set up & tear down on photoshoots & consulting/courses/workshops.
- Shooting Micro-Video (iphone video) for BTS + client content on set
- Creating content for social media/marketing platforms -Instagram, facebook, tiktok, youtube, blogs + newsletters, pinterest +
- Business errands + tasks ( ex: post office drop offs, shopping, office organizing, etc)
- Scheduling, managing, and helping clients onboard or problem solve hands-on.

- You have a Monday - Friday Day Job already (this position requires 15-25 hrs on M-F flexibility between 8am-8pm + weekends.

- You don't like Taylor Swift (You think we are joking...But we aren't... the owner is a passionate Swifty & so are many of our clients.. Her music is 90% of our work soundtrack & will be playing in the office & on set. We've even been hired to shoot content for an influencer for SOFI stadium during the Era's tour last USA tour concert... that's the kind of heartbreak it would be if you didn't love her.)
- You have no clue how to use an Iphone & can't take photos & videos to save your life. ( this will be your literal job)
- You know nothing about instagram, youtube, social media. ( again your job)
- You like to move slow- because fast paced stresses you out... ( we move FAST)
- You own or are building a photography, website, branding or consulting business. We need someone dedicated to our business with no conflict of interest.
- You are extremely introverted. Our company brings high energy & warm joyful upbeat conversation to our clients experiences.
- You aren't willing to sign a non-disclosure AND an employee work-for-hire agreement. Meaning the content you make belongs to the agency... not you as the original creator under this style of employment.
